–Sealing Active Leaks with Peneplug – Before anything else, we had to stop the water in its tracks. Peneplug, a rapid-setting waterproofing compound, was applied to seal the active leaks instantly.
– Applying Penetron Slurry – The basement’s concrete walls needed a long-term defense against water ingress. A layer of Penetron slurry was applied, penetrating deep into the concrete to create a waterproof barrier.
– Protecting the Lift Shafts – The lift pits required extra care. A combination of Peneplug and Penetron slurry ensured that water had no way to seep in, keeping the shafts dry and the lift operational.
–Final Quality Checks – We tested the basement after heavy rains. The result? Not a single leak. The floor remained dry, the walls stayed intact, and the lift was finally usable again.
